Where your wholeness is our unwavering priority.

Trttvam embodies the union of three essential elements in healing: the body, mind, and soul. It is a space where we look at converging all three to create one complete being — you! Like a steadfast pillar, it provides a strong, unwavering foundation to uphold and nurture your entire existence, helping you stand resilient through life’s seasons.
Founded in 2010 with this vision at its core, Trttvam was born from a deep commitment to ensuring every individual receives truly wholesome and rounded care. We believe healing begins with presence — by dedicating unhurried time to listen intently, understand your unique story, arrive at an accurate diagnosis through collaborative expertise, and present every viable option with transparency. This is aimed to empower you with confidence, assurance, and active partnership in your own well-being.
Under one dedicated roof, we have carefully assembled a team of handpicked experts. A group of seasoned Ayurvedic physicians, educators, and integrative practitioners, who work in unison toward a single shared purpose — your complete and lasting well-being. We draw principles from rooted traditions, rigorous contemporary research methodologies, and compassionate emotional insight to offer well-researched, sustainable, and deeply personalised healing pathways.
Trttvam is a space where there is blending of timeless Ayurvedic principles with current-day understanding to restore balance, build resilience, and foster genuine vitality.
Whether through warm, in-person consultations at our Bengaluru clinic or seamless online guidance, we are fully accessible to support you.

Dr. Sharon Samuel founded Trttvam in 2010 with a clear conviction: that truly wholesome care requires treating the whole person, not just the presenting symptom.
An Ayurvedic physician specialising in women’s reproductive health, Dr. Sharon brings over 15 years of clinical and academic experience to her practice. Her work spans fertility, prenatal and postnatal care, adolescent health, menopausal transitions, hormonal imbalances, and psychosomatic disorders.
What sets Dr. Sharon apart is her integrative approach. Trained in Ayurvedic surgery (M.S. in Prasuti Tantra & Stri Roga) and certified in counselling, family therapy, and hypnotherapy, she treats the whole person — body, mind, and soul. Her care combines Ayurvedic medicine with yoga, lifestyle coaching, and mental health support.
She has helped over 500 women navigate childbirth and postpartum recovery through Ayurvedic care — work she considers her most meaningful contribution to the field.
As Head of Department at Ashwini Ayurvedic Medical College, Tumkur, Dr. Sharon also leads academic programmes, mentors future practitioners, and contributes to curriculum development that bridges traditional Ayurvedic education with contemporary clinical insights.
Outside the clinic and classroom, Dr. Sharon is a yoga practitioner, blogger, environmentalist, and biker. She brings the same curiosity and energy to her personal life that she does to her patients — and believes that a doctor who lives well is better equipped to help others do the same.
Trttvam is working towards a future where integrated wellness is not a niche choice but a natural one. We are building towards a multi-disciplinary centre where Ayurvedic, allopathic, and allied health practitioners work under one roof — giving every individual access to the full spectrum of care they deserve.
Whether you’re looking for guidance on a specific concern or simply want to explore what holistic care can offer, we’re here to listen.
